Critical Incident Stress Management

CISM is a team focused approach to address critical incidents in the workplace.  Wendy will come and meet with your team after an incident and help your team work through the emotions that come up for them after an incident.

This may include providing space and time for venting, problem solving and reconciling information.

This may also include providing referral information for individual counselling for those most deeply affected by the incident, who may need more time to unpack the events.
