Counselling can be offered in a variety of modalities from face to face, to telephone, to video chat.
Fisher Peak Counselling is contracted through various employee and family assistance providers as well as public and private programs. Services offered through EFAP programs are billed to the EFAP program, not to the client.
If your employee and family assistance program is not listed; you can give them a call and request me specifically or you can give me a call and let me know which program your employer uses and I will work towards becoming affiliated with that provider.
Private pay options
Individuals and couples: $150/hr
Family therapy: $180/hr
Groups/staff teams/workshops: $250hr
***Some extended medical benefits will cover up to 80% of counselling services through a Registered Social Worker. Please check with your extended benefits provider to see if you qualify.
Payment can be received in cash or through interact e-transfer.

For all other extended health and insurance providers clients will be required to pay upfront and then seek reimbursement through their insurance provider. It’s important that people check with their extended health provider to ensure that ‘Social Work’ is listed as an approved designation for reimbursement.
