Anxiety and Depression

Wendy uses modalities such as CBT, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and more to work through how we think and behave.

With depression and anxiety, sometimes all it takes is to consciously and intentionally examine the way we are thinking about things or behaving in any given situation to turn that whole situation into something more positive and enjoyable.

Using various techniques we are often able to restore a sense of power and control over our own lives again, making us more confident in taking on the future that lies ahead.
